Finally
we have a place we can call our own. Some
of our Western customers want a holiday experience
that reminds of home, with BBQ's ( Braai's!) beer
and wine and sea views to top it all off nicely.
Well, we finally got a place for you guys on Green
Island and the prices are cheap (even over holiday
periods!).We are located 2 minutes from the salt
water hot springs by scooter , 3 minutes from
Da Bai Sha Beach by scooter and we sell beef- (Boerewors!),
pork- & curry-pork sausages, vacuum packed, as
well as marinated pork ribs and thick beef and pork
steaks; beer, red wine and white wine
as well as soft drinks are available and we also sell
some veggies and of course potatos with mayonaise
if you want to make a potato salad + the charcoal
to cook it all. We have amenities for you to cook
and enjoy yourself - and the view in the picture below
is real! as viewed from where you BBQ and stay!
Accommodations are basic with shared bathrooms and
dorm style beds as well as 2 semi-private rooms, but
the prices are cheap, affording you the opportunity
to stay longer. There is a little harbor in front
of us where kids & parents can play
and snorkel with a clown fish colony right there in
the harbor - Hello NEMO! We even have goats
to trim the lawns in front! - This place is ideal
for family vacations.Of course our scuba center is
right next door ( with more bathrooms) where
you can join us for scuba or rent snorkeling gear..even
kayaks if you like.Our bamboo showers have sea-views!

About Cancellations:RAIN does not warrant any cancellation!
In case of natural disaster ( i.e. typhoon) and ferries
not sailing from Fugang harbor to Green island, cancellations
will be accepted without charge and a full deposit
can be refunded without charge.

The
prices above include diving guide but exclude
equipment. Please note that once you have finalized your
package no downgrades or refunds can be made unless weather
changes or other circumstances demand it. This is a function
of how we get you good prices for your diving adventure.
If you wish to upgrade your package to include more dives
or a longer stay, we can try to accomodate your requirements.
These options will be offered by our dive management team
as the situation requires.

Please also note the following
conditions to ensure a safe diving trip for all
our customers:
1. Please be aware that we do not accept divers
with asthma if you have had an attack in the last
5 years. If you had an attack between 5-10 years
ago, we will ask to see the results of a Spirometric
test (lung function test) dated not older than
3 months.
2.Diabetes. Unfortunately we do not accept divers
with this condition, as our staff are not medically
qualified to a level to deal with any medical
problems that may arise.
3.Thyroid Disease. Divers with thyroid disease
or having no thyroid gland should bring a medical
statement dated within the past 3 months proving
that their cardiovascular system has been critically
assessed.
4.We also can not accept divers with Hypertension
(high blood pressure) or divers using anti-depressants
(e.g. Prozac).
Current
Flying After Diving Guidelines:
For Dives within the No-Decompression Limits:
-Single Dives - A minimum preflight surface interval
of
12 hours is suggested.
-Repetitive Dives and/or Multiday Dives - A minimum
preflight surface interval of 18 hours is suggested.
For Dives Requiring Decompression Stops:
-A minimum preflight surface interval greater
than 18
hours is suggested.
